By choosing to collaborate with Quantitative Energetic Linguistics LTD (www.itsyou.online), you agree to these terms, which define the container for our work together.

1. The Foundation of Our Work

Our collaboration is built on the pursuit of permanence and clarity. We operate from a place of integrity, and we require the same from our partners:

• Authenticity: We strip away the masks. You commit to showing up as you are, not as the market expects you to be.

• Sovereignty: We build the architecture; you occupy the space. You own your story and your truth.

• Integrity of Signal: We protect the truth of our work. Any conduct that actively undermines the values of this collective or seeks to manipulate our collaborative efforts is considered a breach of our alignment.
  
  

2. Scope and Nature of Services

Our work is defined by specific, project-based agreements. We provide end-to-end creative architecture, film, photography, and digital foundations, designed to stand the test of time. We do not offer ongoing maintenance or open-ended consulting. Any work outside the defined scope must be agreed upon in writing.

3. Media Rights and Permanence

• Ownership: Quantitative Energetic Linguistics LTD holds the rights to the creative assets (films, recordings, imagery) produced during our collaborations.

• Usage License: You are granted a perpetual license to use these materials for your professional presence, provided your public conduct remains in resonance with our founding values.

• Right of Alignment: Should your public actions fundamentally misalign with the values of It’s You Online, we reserve the right to withdraw your feature from our platform and request the removal of our produced media from your digital properties.
  
  

4. Logistics and Commitment

• Investment: Our collaborations are non-refundable investments in the creation of your digital home.

• Infrastructure: For projects beyond our base in Anglesey, travel and logistics are considered essential parts of the project infrastructure and are billed as out-of-pocket expenses.

• Contingency: A logistics deposit is secured alongside the initial foundation payment to ensure the environment remains supportive of our creative process.

• Mutual Respect: We operate on the principle of mutual respect for time and creative bandwidth.
  
  

5. Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility is the clarity of the mirror we provide; your responsibility is what you do with the reflection. We are not liable for market outcomes, personal resistance, or professional results arising from your decision to step into your truth.

6. Termination of Collaboration

If the resonance between us falters, either party may terminate the agreement. In such an event, work completed to date will be finalised and billed, and all future obligations will cease.

7. Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. We commit to addressing any grievances through direct, honest communication before seeking formal resolution.
